PRODUCTION PROCESS
We produce fragrances following the strictest quality standards, with a commitment to the sustainability and social ethics principles, all while providing a quick and adequate response to our partners.
Àuria Perfumes has its own production line, as well as an industrial area of more than 10,200 sqm of clean areas, maceration rooms, and packaging rooms for alcoholic products, as well as handling areas.
We have enough industrial capacity to adapt our production to projects of different sizes, and provide a quick response as a flexible, dynamic, proactive, forward-thinking and strong company, ready to establish solid and lasting ties with our partners.
CREATING THE FRAGRANCE

create the fragrance.

MACERATION
Fragrance maceration for 3 weeks in INOX and ATEX drums.
Capacity for 122.000 liters month.

PRIMARY PACKAGING
Production of the containers: glass bottles,
spray pumps, caps, jars…

PAINTING & DECORATION
Silkscreening, painting, labels
and finishings.

FILLING
Filling of the fragrance or formula.

ASSEMBLY
Final assembly of all the components.

QUALITY CONTROLS
Set of procedures to ensure our product adheres
to quality criterias and meets the requirements
of our customer.

SECONDARY PACKAGING
In parallel, outer boxes are printed.
FSC papers and sustainable inks are provided.

FINALIZED PRODUCT
Our product is finalized and ready to be
entrusted to our logistics department and
distributed to our customers.
